We had a wonderful competition season! Our dancers at Center Stage in Leander have been rehearsing their company dances since August. All of the dancers performed beautifully, and their hard work paid off. It’s a great feeling to walk off the stage knowing you had your best performance, and we got to witness that many times over the past few weeks.
It’s always fun to win a trophy at competition (and we did win several top honors), but at Center Stage we care more about the experience along the way than the results. We saw our dancers learn to work as a team. We watched them form new friendships over the year. We saw their dance technique improve and their confidence on stage grow. We watched them support one another and congratulate one another. Our goal is, of course, to create wonderful dancers, but we also strive to foster perseverance, confidence, and teamwork among our dancers.

Jazz/Lyrical (ages 4-5) – 4:30-5:00, (ages 6-8) – 5:00-5:30, (ages 9-10) – 5:30-6:00, (ages 11-up) – 6:00-6:30
Pom (ages 6-up) – 6:30-7:00
Hip Hop (ages 6-9) – 7:00-7:30, (ages 10-up) – 7:30-8:00
