Over Spring Break, we had Fairy Camp day at the studio. This was a fun, imaginative day for our younger dancers ages 4-7 years old to explore, create, and of course, dance! Our fairy dancers arrived in tutus and fairy wings ready to play and imagine.
We started out with a few fairy games like lily pad races and creative movement. Next we painted rocks to put in fairy gardens at home. After painting, we created pixie dust necklaces.
We continued with acting out some scenes from Tinkerbell. All of our fairy dancers took turns reciting lines and acting out various scenes.
We learned a dance to “Fly to Your Heart” and performed the dance for parents at the end of camp.
We had a wonderful, magical time at our Spring Break Fairy Dance Camp. We have more fun opportunities for our younger dancers (ages 4-8 yrs) this summer in our week-long Princess Camp and Fairy Camp. The dates for our Princess Camp will be July 12-16, and the dates for our Fairy Camp will be July 26-30 from 9AM-12PM.
We also offer a Popstar Hip Camp (ages 7+) July 19-23 from 9AM-12PM and a Musical Theater Camp (ages 7+) July 19-23 from 12:30-3:30PM.
